Giant Bee Found

The world’s largest bee was found in the wild 38 years after its last sighting. It was one of the planet's top most wanted species. Virgin Galactic puts first travel in space

Space tourism company Virgin Galactic has officially put its first passenger into space. The company’s spaceplane made its second trip in March this time with three people onboard: two pilots and one passenger. The previous flight only contained the two pilots. It is an effort towards the company’s commercial spaceflight mission. Two pilots directed the SpaceShipTwo rocket plane to an altitude of 90 kilometres over the Mojave desert after it was released from its carrier plane at 45,000 ft.up. Spotify in India

Spotify is an audio streaming platform launched in October 2008. It provides DRM- protected (DRM is Digital Rights Management) music and podcasts from record labels and media companies. As a freemium service, basic features are free with advertisements or automatic music videos, while additional features, such as improved streaming quality, are offered via paid subscriptions. The Dot Book – first laptop for the blind

The Scientists studying in the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi constructed ‘DotBook’, India’s first Braille Laptop for Blind people in the country. It is framed with dots or the Braille format and not the one which is operated visually. Scientists namely Pulkit Sapra, 26, from Delhi and Suman Muralikrishnan, 27, from Chennai studying in IIT Delhi, constructed the laptop choosing to move out from the placement drive and continue researching on the laptop from the last 5 years.
